All units are non-smoking. Ash trays are located on balconies.

bulletWe do not accept reservations for young adult under the age of 21. ID is required at Check-in.
bulletVisitors are not permitted on premises after 10:00 PM.
bulletVisitors Parking passes are 5.00 Plus Tax if parking permits.
bulletOnly registered guests are allowed to stay in room.
bulletFloats, rafts, & lounge chairs are not allowed in pools.
bulletArticles left in rooms will be disposed of if not claimed within 30 days.
bulletGrills are not allowed on any deck, balcony or pool area. Grilling is only permitted in the picnic area.
bulletWe do not furnish towels for pool or beach use.
bulletPool hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Water slides are seasonal.

Check-in /Checkout

Balance due at check-in. I.D. Require at check-in and must be over the age of 21 to check-in. Name of Drivers license match credit card.

Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Late check-outs are $30.00 when available. Early check-in fee may apply if checking in before 3:00 pm. Taxes will apply. If arriving before 3:00pm you made need to reserve the night before to insure your room will be ready for early check-in.

Keys

One room key will be issued for each registered adult in your unit. For security reasons no room keys will be issued after check-in. extra keys can be purchase at check-in for  $5.00 each.

Parking

No more than 2 parking permits per 2 room suite. No more than 4 parking permits per Dolphin and Marlin cottage, 3 parking passes for Wahoo and Mackerel Cottage. Additional parking passes can be purchased for 5.00 + tax.  Towing is enforced. Current rate to get vehicle out of tow if 120.00. Our Oceanfront Units only get two parking passes each. others will be for parking across the street from the oceanfront units.

Pets

Pets are accepted for a $25.00 charge per pet per night.  October and through March the pet fee will be $15.00 per pet per night.

bulletWe do not rent units to those with Pitt Bull, or any dog that may look like a Pitt bull, Bull Mastiff, and Doberman pinchers German Sheppard.
bulletNo more than 2 pets per suite or cottage.
bulletAll pet owners will clean up after pet anywhere on Affordable Family Resort property.
bulletPet must be kept on leash when not in one of Affordable Family Resorts suites or cottages.
bulletNo pets in any of the pool areas. This includes the pool.
bulletAny room with a pet left unattended will not be serviced, it is strongly suggested that you pet be in a kennel or carrier.
bulletAffordable Family Resort’s retains the right of entry to a suite or cottage in the event of any emergency.

Snowbirds

No rooms will be held without a deposit.

Winter guest will pay a $200.00 pet deposit for 1 pet, 300.00 for 2 pets. A 50.00 pet charge per pet per month beginning Fall season 2008.

Pet deposit will be refunded at end of stay after inspection and no damage from pet has been found.

Weekly stays

 The cottages are from Sunday to Sunday. If the cottage is not rented during the weekly stay it will be available for night rates minimum of 2 nights.

Motorcycles

We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your stay with us. Listed below are some guide lines that will help to make everyone's stay more enjoyable and help us to continue serving our biker community.

  1. No more than two parking passes per suite and four per cottage.

  2. All vehicles including bikes and trailers must be registered at the front desk with tag numbers. Any not registered will be considered illegally parked. We want to provide all registered guest a place to park.

  3. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

  4. Absolutely no bikes, vehicles, or trailers are to be parked on the grass, porches, and etc.

  5. Please do not use our linen for rags to clean you bikes or vehicles. If you forgot to bring your own, check with our front desk staff for rags.

  6. Please place all trash in proper containers. Extra trash containers have been installed for your convenience. Please put cigarette butts in ashtrays. All of your rooms are non-smoking.

  7. Anyone not following our policy may be asked to leave without refund.

Cancellations

 There will be a $100.00 handling charge for cottages and $25.00 handling charge for suites for cancellations more than 15 days from reservation. Cancellations less than 15 days from reservation will result in forfeiture of the required deposit. Cancellations deposits cannot be roll into another reservation or stay.

Pets: Pets are accepted for a $25.00 charge per pet per night. Pets may not be left in room unattended unless in a pet carrier/kennel. 2 pet maximum. Pet charge is discounted during the off season only.
